You will have a charming duplex completely renovated, furnished and newly decorated, with a level of equipment that will allow you to have a very comfortable stay. The apartment is bright and very quiet, overlooking the courtyard.
The accommodation is perfect for couples, families and business travelers (very flexible).

On the 1st floor of an old house completely renovated in 2019 (access by stairs), you will appreciate the charm of this very quiet duplex apartment of 40m² (64m² useful), refurbished, fully air conditioned and tastefully decorated. It gives the impression of being in a real little house….
It can accommodate from 4 up to 7 people maximum (possibility of adding a cot).
Downstairs, it consists of a main room with open kitchen, as well as the bathroom / WC. An internal staircase gives access to the 2 attic bedrooms with an independent dressing room.

Rugby World Cup
We were in Lyon for the Rugby World Cup with another couple and this property was the PERFECT spot! It was modern and clean and everything we could dream of needing was just around the corner. A very lovely apartment
We were two nights in this very lovely apartment. Everything was very nicely decorated and the landlords thought about every detail. The kitchen was very well equiped. The landlord answered our questions very quickly and was always willing to help. We recomend to stay in this apartment if you want to get to know the beautiful city of Lyon!

Appartement agréable, très bien équipé et meublé avec goût (mention spéciale au service de vaisselle et au linge de lit !) Environnement calme, commerces à proximité. Station de métro de la ligne D à 10/15 minutes à pied, permettant de rejoindre directement le centre ville (Place Bellecour ou Vieux Lyon). Contact facile avec les propriétaires. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Le quartier, tranquille et sécuritaire, ne paie pas de mine mais il y a une boulangerie tout près et 2 épiceries. Métro et tram à 6-700 mètres, nécessaires. Sommes des retraités, avons bien dormi et apprécié la propreté. Merci aux propriétaires soucieux et attentionnés.

Nous descendions vers le midi et nous avions voulu faire une étape à Lyon. Notre choix pour cette location a été très bon aussi bien par son emplacement par rapport au centre de la ville mais aussi par la qualité de celle ci. Très bon séjour à Lyon dans un cadre agréable et au calme
L’appartement duplex de Fleur et Jean-Philippe est idéalement placé près des transports, de l’hôpital et de quelques commerces. Nous l’avons loué pour loger de la famille qui venait faire des travaux chez nous. La location est parfaitement équipée, très propre et joliment décorée. Parfait pour 4 ou 5 personnes avec ses deux grandes chambres au calme sous les toits. Fleur et Jean-Philippe sont à l’écoute et très réactifs. L’entrée et la sortie sont facilitées par une boîte à clés. Je recommande !
