Locked out

Property was fine. Unfortunately the host had not placed a key box where we were told it would be. The host did not reply to our message or answer when we phoned. A helpful resident of the block of flats managed to contact the host and eventually we were told to go to a convenience store somewhere distance away to pick up the keys. We finally got into the flat 3 hours after we first arrived.
