If you stay once, you will make this your Lynchburg Home whenever you are in town. Clean, comfortable, and charming three bedroom brick cape cod home in the Fort Hill area of Lynchburg, VA. The living room is nicely appointed with comfortable furniture and the bedrooms include quality linens. The home features many vintage appointments, a wood burning fireplace, three smart tv's, a propane grill, and two professional wood-fired pizza ovens. The kitchen and dining areas offer a full cooking experience with every appliances you could need and there are full laundry facilities in the basement. There is plenty of off street parking, and this home includes a private back yard with a covered deck and lovely side porch. Well behaved dogs are welcome, and refundable pet deposit is required. Our safe, quiet neighborhood is centrally located, five minutes to ether Liberty or Lynchburg University. Great location to visit Peaks of Otter, Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest, or Natural Bridge. Adventure seekers, this house is close to the AppalachianTrail, many hiking opportunities, the James River, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Five minutes to shopping and dozens of restaurants.

This is an adorable property! It's stocked with everything a person or family could need, has lovely outdoor spaces, and super comfy beds with luxe bedding. And, the location is GREAT! Close to everything.

Wonderful!!! Such a great place to stay - Highly recommend if you are going to be in Lynchburg or surrounding area. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated - has everything you need to make your stay stress free. I cannot say enough good regarding the host - from the beginning of the process to the end they were always available and super quick to respond - we lacked for nothing. I would absolutely stay here again and again.

A home of pure comfort

This home is so clean and beautiful! The bedrooms have the most comfortable beds. All the linens in the house are brand new, very soft and nice. They spared no expense at outfitting and stocking this house. The kitchen had everything you could want or need to make any meal. Stocked just perfectly with condiments, spices and even butter! The dishes and cookware are all new and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, offering a glimpse into the beautiful mountains. Out back are two stone fire pizza grills!! There are tvs in every bedroom. The basement is spotless and has a fully stocked laundry room. The hosts were very timely and responsive. They were kind and generous. We plan to visit Lynchburg often to see our daughter who attends LU, which is right down the street, we will be staying at this house every time it is available. This home is perfect for a family!
