Beaufort House, Lymington Town Centre
Beaufort house is an extremely spacious, beautiful, stylish apartment on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bursting with character in the heart of the historic town of Lymington within the New Forest National Park. The space: Beaufort House is full of charming character with high ceilings and wooden beams, The apartment is very light and airy, with a sun trap terrace to sit out on and enjoy a coffee and some down time. We are situated on the high street above Caldwells estate agents. So right in the heart of it all. My Father purchased the property in February 2018, and together we have re-designed and refurbished with beautiful furniture, fabrics and accessories.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a kingsize bed and en-suite. This room has a beautiful navy velvet headboard with a large blanket box in the same fabric, a large wardrobe and plenty of drawers to store your belongings during your stay.
The second bedroom, is a cosy double, there is a gorgeous orange flower print headboard, we have gone bright in this room as it is a small space so we wanted it to be bright but cosy too. There is a wooden open hanging unit to hang clothes, also there are two drawers in the bed base if more storage is required.
The lounge is a bright room with it's beautiful ornate coving , and blue Farrow and Ball walls to make the furniture and art stand out. The paintings have been shipped over from South Africa so that it has a bit of a SA feel too.
There is a downstairs bathroom with a bath, mirror with light sensor switch to the side
Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, Japanese kitchen knives, very sharp so please be careful! .
Kitchen leads onto a beautiful sunny terrace garden with a gas webber BBQ.
Parking is available via 2 car parks within easy walking distance to the apartment. We provide a complimentary 24-hour New Forest District parking clock which allows free parking at most New Forest District car parks ( details on back of clock). Guest access: Our front door is on the High Street, we share this with Caldwells, straight ahead of you is another Georgian glazed door, that is to the apartment. You will be given keys for both doors, as the front one stays open during office hours then locked at night. Other things to note: You have everything on the doorstep, so it makes for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Beautiful period property right in the town centre
Awesome property, beautifully furnished and well equipped. The downstairs is amazing, lovely large hallway, amazing kitchen diner, big lounge and main bathroom. Upstairs is a massive master double bedroom with nice shower en-suite and smaller double bedroom.
The location is awesome, right on the high street. Car parking 5mins away.
We had a lovely weekend, good pubs and restaurants, beautiful seaside and forest walks and we woke up to a amazing Saturday market.
We definitely return to this beautiful house!

This is a stylishly refurbished property in the center of Lymington. In addition, it is furnished and equipped to a standard not often found in rental properties. It is located above an Estate Agent's premises, so is quiet after 6.00pm.Located on the high street, it is surrounded by shops, restaurants and most facilities you could wish for.
Beautiful period property and so well equipped. Loved being so central, especially on market day (Saturday) which offset the inability to park outside but really not an issue to walk 5-10 mins and to load up we parked nearby. Was great to have some outside space as we had lovely weather. Some fantastic eateries locally and was lovely to return to my home town.
