"Absolutely love it here. You get what you pay for and the staff are wonderful. Live locally but visit when I can. My 13 year old daughter has down syndrome and loves the pool . I'd live there if I could. (So would Daisy)."
"We stayed for 1 night that's last night I give 5 star because we really enjoyed our stayed. For us its a perfect location. The facilities is amazing swimming pool, steam room and sauna in more... we will back again soon...thank you"
"The cleaning crew where amazing the staff was amazing I wish I got this one ladies name she works near the pool and she was absolutely amazing she deserves a raise didn’t have breakfast but I did have a few snakey bits and an amazing bar thay have a good Guinness I’m a sucker for a good Guinness and it’s extremely clean workers where coming round the pool area to check the cleanliness"
"Staff were professional and helpful, most impressive.
Whilst room was clean and functional it stunk, it was not very nice.
Surely your cleaning staff are aware but did nothing about it.
Stayed at many Villages but never had a stinking room."
"We had a one night stay in a very good room with sea view. The staff were excellent and it was excellent to have the parking right on site.
The breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of options to choose from.
It was about a 10 minute walk to the sea.
All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel."
"We booked the hotel for a short break for our 10th wedding anniversary.
The room exceeded our expectations and it looked much better then the pictures online.
The restaurant was excellent, so was the outdoor swimming pool.
The only thing that wasn't great was a corporate party taking place underneath our room which we were not told about at the point of booking.
When I called reception I was told the party would finish at 23.00 which it didn't. When we called again we were told it would finish at midnight and it did.
When you pay for a premium stay you expect a premium stay and unfortunately it did not deliver across the board. It is a shame as the facilities and staff were excellent."
"We had a one night pre cruise stay and had a great experience. Excellent position over looking the marina. Had a Soho House vibe. Quality chic decor. Polished, efficient and friendly staff. Truly excellent restaurant - The Jetty.
Great start to our vacation"
