"The room was very clean and bright, the bathroom was extremely clean and well appointed. Room was cleaned every day. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of foods. Parking is limited to an extent but fairly safe. Its position is perfect just minutes walk to beach and town. Would recommend."

"Very much enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly, lovely room. Loved going to sleep to the sound of waves. Our room looked out to sea. Sadly no parking so had to use a car park ten minutes away up a hill which is no problem for us as we live at the top of a hill but might be a problem for others. Lots of hills in Lyme Regis."

"Fantastic stay! Great location, comfortable room and bed, very friendly staff, and anything additional I needed (oat milk in the room etc) was provided with no fuss! Lovely dinner and large menu choice as well. Also very quiet - I took my ear plus just in case and didnt need them. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Cute little home that is well loved and maintained. We loved the little gatd for coffee in the morning. The host was very communicative. It was hot and we had windows open so it was loud outside as the property is right on the street. Loved the beach cottage! Notice though that the "shower" is a actually a tub under a slanted roof with a hand sprayer. My 6'5" husband had a very difficult time with the set up. But there really isn't any sort of option with the size and layout of the bathroom for anything else."

"Beautiful place, very convenient to shops, pubs & beach. Lovely hot tub with plenty of wood supplied. Had fab stay only negative is the bed was quite uncomfortable & noisy when you moved also bedding was very warm and sweaty as think cotton sheets are better & pillows uncomfortable for husband. All said it is very high quality standard with everything you need for short break."
