  • Lovely private selfcontained Annexe,consisting of an open plan room with double bed,seating,table and chairs ,large colour tv and WiFi connection. Kitchen area with fridge, micro wave,full cooker/oven,well equipped. A separate bathroom with full walk-in shower ,heated towel rail,toilet and full basin sink. All very nicely presented, and many extras.
    Parking is in a private close opposite the property.

The property is exactly as shown and described. Very clean, comfortable with everything you could need to do a simple cook, relax and sleep. Bathroom is spacious with a great shower. Parking is on street but in a quite close. 19 minutes walk into Lyme Regis down a narrow pathway. Roads are very narrow and windy so take it slow. I live in Australia and could only communicate by email and through the app and didn’t receive an answer to a couple of questions. Once I arrived my foreign SIMwouldn’t make calls so had to knock on her door to ask for an ironing board. Sandra was very kind and brought one round. Once she realised I couldn’t call, the emails were answered much quicker. Overall a lovely stay.
