"Lovely breakfast with perfect views. Staff are very friendly and helpful - right in the heart of Lyme. I’ve been visiting this pub since 1990 ! first time I’ve stayed here .. spacious room was very sound proof, thick curtains but the early sun still popped thru the sides , black out blinds under would have been a bonus. Furnished nicely, however the room lacked storage. Slightly smaller chairs and a narrow drawers / wardrobe would have been more useful . Especially in the bathroom - there is room for shelving unit near the shower, something would have been really handy, as there are no surfaces to put your things on . Lovely room with a few minor tweaks needed to make longer stays a little easier :) no decaf coffee in the rooms - ask at the bar they will let you have some :) The hallway to the rooms has lovely furnishings too …just needs a tidy up, as it has bits and bobs, left here and there. Dogs are welcomed and there is a non pub entrance, for out of hours. We will be back - thank you"
Homestead, Lyme Regis is a cosy riverside cabin, 10 mins walk from the beach

"Second visit here and as our first visit for us Homestead is the only place to stay in Lyme. The accommodation is perfect in all aspects; and it’s just a short pleasant walk into Lyme.We will be back."
