"Die Fenster waren abgeschlossen und ließen sich nicht öffnen, was wir erst nachts bemerkt haben.das Frühstück ist umfangreich, aber qualitativ nicht gut. Der Cappuccino war nicht trinkbar. Es gibt nur einen Aufzug bis zum 2. Stock, sodass wir bis in die R, Etage laufen und tragen mussten.das Gebäude und die Einrichtung sind während der Coronazeit erneuert worden und daher in Ordnung. Für ein 3-Sternehaus ok, aber auch nicht mehr."

"We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. The water is warm, the pool is a good size, you can safely swim (adult and not only children). "The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though it would have only taken us one more minute to leave.I was also surprised that parking is charged separately and not included in the price of the stay."
