"We particulary liked the warm and friendly welcome. Always appreciated when you're in another country for the first time. The room was all that we could have wished after a long day on the road. "We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. "The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though it would have only taken us one more minute to leave.I was also surprised that parking is charged separately and not included in the price of the stay."
