Great location, amazing breakfast, clean and spacious room. I did kinda felt a pressure and a bit of judgement from the restaurant staff during the breakfast though. As the restaurant is quite small and the staff members were gathered right by the buffet, all three staff members were watching closely what food and how much I was placing on my plate . I guess they were concerned about the food cost . That made me feel quite uncomfortable so that after two days I even skipped the breakfast buffet and opted to eat outside of the hotel.

This was our second stay at this property and as before, just wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, wonderful breakfast, and definitely a 5-star approach to everything in this hotel. We really enjoy our stays at the Atlas Deluxe!

This place was simply amazing, after contemplating visiting Ukraine, last year, before the pandemic kicked off, and managing to make the stars align, on a FlixBus trip, from Warsaw, and booking insurance. Extremely friendly, helpful staff, immaculate room, and gorgeous food (the fish, and desserts are divine, and I really wanted to try the hot stone meats, but didn't get time!). I only wished that I could have stayed longer, in the wonderful city of Lviv, and hope to follow up with the suggestion of checking out the mountains, if I get to return to this country, in the future. Thanks, for making this long-awaited trip memorable.

Disappointing two nights stay
We were put in an attic room on the 5th floor facing the street. I had to bend in the shower and parts of the room not to hit my head. It was hot and air conditioning didn't work so we had to keep a window open. At night that caused the light from the roof to make our room very bright so it was hard to sleep. These type of rooms should not be sold for the prices we paid.

A great place to stay in a very beautiful city!
It was a great stay. Five minutes walking to the main square, so many restaurants in the area close and many more at the square. Felt very safe walking day or night. Staff was very helpful with information to points of interest, even with places to run because I like to exercise, and available 24 hours for assistance. Very clean hotel and just an overall pleasant experience!

Really lovely hotel, very friendly helpful staff, we were upgraded to a bigger room on arrival, but this was during border closure so the hotel was maybe quieter than usual. Room was lovely and spacious with nice decor. Bathroom was good size with nice bath and plenty of towels. Breakfast was cooked to order and although a limited choice was excellent every time. Location was fantastic, maybe a 10 minute walk into the Old City. Overall I’d high highly recommend the hotel.

I liked the staff at the hotel a lot. Right after my arrival they had closed the Polish boarder and were planning on closing the border of Ukraine and the staff were extremely helpful in enabling me to get back to the US before then.

Hotel plagued by horrifically bad service
First night smell of sewage cause me to move rooms. All three nights were some of the rudest and most unreasonable service I’ve had in my life. As a pilot who travels for a living I can say without question that if you value service in any way, find a different property to stay at.

It's the old adage, you pay for what you get. So as a special treat on the last day of our holiday, we paid extra for a better room in this lovely hotel. Every thing was lovely from the room to the spa and the georgous breakfast. We were well looked after and the staff are polite and pleasant. Absolutely no negatives and worth paying for.

There is a issues with AC - Air Conditioning often room. If you like air-conditioned room...they do not have it available, until heat season is ended... And you can use open window, if you need to cool off.

Due to the low temperature and bad weather conditioners worked on heat. Expensive, No sound proof walls, limited parking..
This place, is having a issues with no sound proof walls. If you speak normally in the room, your neighbors in the next room, can hear you clearly. Be careful, especially at the evening hours... Restaurant in the hotel is with good food, but be aware of the service, especially when you pay for your meal or liquors...they often forgot about discount you have, as the hotel customer. If you don't remind it, they will charge you full price, and it is impossible to get later - promised discount!!! This hotel has limited parking place, very limited! If you order taxi service in hotel lobby, ask about price for the services ahead. Otherwise, you can have the most expensive ride in - none taxi vehicles. Regular taxi services are half cheaper, use it! These are common issues, all customers experiencing, in this hotel. Otherwise, location is very convenient, clean, with people who are smile and trying there the best, they can. Advice: ask price and confirmation, for everything you going to use or planning to do. Do not forget to ask them and provide explanation, how it works, as well! Good luck, maybe you can avoid all described issues!
