"This is an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Only downside was on this occasion I had to wait over an hour and half to check in. Their police is checkin starts at 2pm. However, I was still made to wait past 2pm. I have stayed here many times and will put this down to the hotel being extremely busy. My wife and I always stay here when in Manila"

"Staff are great. Rug in the room is very dirty. You can tell, it need to be steam clean or get rid of it. Has a old room smell cause of the rug. Had dinner, service was substandard. Had to catch the service attention to order my food. I can see thier short staffed. Something was going on in the reception area, very loud music. I felt like I was at a bar scenario. I just flew in from a 15hr flight that evening. Just wanted a relaxing environment. That didn't happen. I literally had to ask the server to lower down the music a bit. Just was too loud. Checking out was a bit of chaotic scene. Reception area was full of people and loud. I can see groups of travelers. Thier are folks trying to sell you "condo" in addition to a room full of people. I've stayed at this hotel a few times that I enjoyed. But this last time was a different environment. Not so relaxing as I have expected."
