Come and enjoy everything Lutsen has to offer in our "Ohana Hideaway". This spacious ski in-ski out chalet is the perfect place to stay while you enjoy all of the outdoor activities the North Shore has to offer.

After a long day of exploring the area, take a break in your own private sauna and take in the views with floor to ceiling windows throughout.

As our guests, you are treated like 'Ohana' (family in Hawaiian). It is our priority to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable.

Our guests have access to an indoor and an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a private sauna and an outdoor recreation area. Ohana Hideaway is so close to the ski slopes we are considered to be a ski in-ski out chalet. You will be in the center of everything!

Perfect location and house for two families! We were 4 adults and 6 kids and had more then enough space! It's a comfortable home with access to great amenities (gym, outside and inside pools plus indoor jacuzzi!

Great ski in ski out place

Jared was easy to communicate with and very flexible. We enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the fireplace and the pool. The pool was a short walk and the hot tub was relaxing after a day of skiing. I would definitely book this place again if skiing at Lutsen Mountains.

Great place for family time.

Stayed three nights with four adult children and their significant others. It was a great space for connecting -- well equipped kitchen, big table, spacious living room, lots of games, cozy fireplace, and bedrooms for everyone. Unit was clean, in a beautiful location, and easy walking distance to resort amenities. Owner communication was fast and well explained. Happy to recommend!

Perfect place for a family getaway

We were looking for a comfortable place with plenty of elbow room for the family to get away, be together, and do some skiing! Jared's place was absolutely perfect! We loved it! Jared is an excellent communicator. Everyone wants to come back, but stay longer the next time!

Great stay

We had a great stay at the townhouse with my wife and kids. Everything was as described and the communication with the owner was excellent. He was very easy going and responsive. There were a few things that were a little run-down/broken and in need of updating-but nothing major that impacted the stay at all. Kitchen was well-supplied, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

NYE weekend at Lutsen

We shared the townhouse with another family for a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. We had enough room for everyone. It was nice to have a wood burning fireplace and sauna after skiing all day. Looking forward to our next time - hopefully there will be more snow!

Our family vacation

We booked this for our family vacation and I thought everything was first class and see less from start to finish. I even had questions during my stay that were answered promptly. Not only did the vacation rental meet our expectations but for families looking for amenities and plenty to do outside of property area it is an excellent choice. I will definitely rent this one again.

Great location for a great price!

This is a great location for a great price! It is not the most updated or glamorous condo, but for the price that was okay with us. They were in the midst of a bathroom remodel which left us with 2 showers for 10 women. We also ended up having to go buy our own toilet paper as they ran out and more was never dropped off. Downstairs bedroom didn't have blinds, which I hope they are able to update.

Great ski in / ski out access

Nice place. Host is responsive and helpful. Ski in / out is super easy, right out the back door. Easy to drive to, short walk to Moguls restaurant. The place is clean, nice set up conducive to groups. Free firewood! Sauna worked but didn't get as hot as i would have liked and took long time to heat. Would definitely come back!

Ski in ski out

It was a very nice place, The screen door on the deck was off it's rail. The vent in living room was loose. Everything else was nice. Oh and there was only 2 fans for the pool. Maybe get a couple more. We had a fun time. Skiing was great.

Family Lutsen Ski Trip

Our 10-person extended family stayed at Ohana Hideaway for a 5 night ski vacation over New Year’s week. We had 6 adults and 4 kids, ages 6-15, and everyone had room. The townhouse was very attractive with a great location right on the Moose Access ski trail. Ski-out is to Moose Mountain and ski-in is from Bridge Run on Eagle Mountain. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, even a crock pot. The dining area has a huge table with room for everyone. The living area was great for relaxing. Unfortunately the downstairs shower was under construction as the owner had told us beforehand, but it wasn’t a problem. We did have a problem with the downstairs toilet intermittently failing to flush and with the clothes dryer refusing to work for us. On colder days we had a hard time balancing the heat on all three levels, but there are a lot of windows. The complex was quiet, even on New Year’s eve, and the owner was helpful and responsive. Overall the whole crew had a great vacation and we recommend Ohana Hideaway!

townhouse was good size for 6 of us. dishwasher was full, we did have to unload it. Sauna did not get hot enough and did not even break a sweat. upstairs bathroom shower did not work. no drain plug in upstairs bathroom. Wallpaper is peeling off of walls in upstairs bathroom. it does need an update. Location was great and enough room..just needs and update.

Just an Okay place

I was concerned in the condition of the property and also the regulation of the heat( I had to get up multiple times in the night to adjust the thermostat or it got cold in the house). It would have been nice if it would have stayed at the one temperature we had set it to. This place has been going through renovations recently and some have not been completed. It would be nice to have known that the bathroom was under construction before we couldn't cancel as it was very inconvenient for our party of 9. There was other small items that either were broken, not working, or missing through out the house, coffee maker doesn't look like it is ever cleaned, fire alarm being disconnected. Now onto the good things, the contact person was very quick to respond via text and acted quickly to resolve issues, such as not getting the initial email, the sauna instructions the house was clean, plenty of dishes, and the dishwasher works! We burned through lots of wood so it was really nice to have it available right outside the unit. Space heater for porch was great, but blinds would be nice so it can be private. Use of the pool and hot tub! Ski in/out is nice but you have to go to the lift tickets before skiing out as the way it is set up. Owner provided compensation for issues so overall we felt this is an average place. Hopefully all renovations will be completed before the next booking.
