"Had the worst experience there staff wasn't the friendly they keep.us waiting we has making a line for check in and they attended people that got there after us then left trash didnt pick up from the room and we wasn't in the place so no excuse for don't clean it also ask for menu and the person in the restaurant side keep us waiting someone else have to come to serve us they said snack on the evening we're certain hours was already passed 40 min and nothing they don't even have things ready or even close to open worst experience the concierge said he was about to move us to different room leave us waiting never come down to lobby was awful"

"I had an amazing stay at Baia Kristal Cartagena. The apartment itself was a big part of that it’s spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything set up in a way that just makes sense. It genuinely felt like having my own place, which made it easy to relax from the start. The lagoon was another highlight. It gives the whole property a calm, scenic vibe, and spending time by the water especially in the evening was one of the best parts of my stay. I also have to mention the host, who was great throughout. Very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out. Overall, a really solid experience. I’d definitely come back. "

"The property is at a beatiful location and in excellent condition. The apt furnishing however could be improved: a regular coffe maker would be great; a cork screw to open a wine bottle is missing. The A/C units are excellent; however the remote controls are NOT intuitive and there are no instructions or guide to help. The units apparently provide a programing option for temp which the nex visitor may not agree with and would like to remove... Similar comment applies to the M/Wave in the kitchen,,, a handy guide would make it easir to use.. The water mixer in the hand basin has some kind of problem and erratically leaks at the counter top, dripping to the floor... If unattended for a long time could lightly flod the bathroom. The shower is nice and roomy, but misses an anti-sleep rug and though is a hazard .. The reservation procedure for the steam room and the 'beach-tent' delivered by the security guards can be contradictory and confussing.- a written page would be easier and less confusing. "

"I never check in the taxi driver did not want to go down the road to hotel. He said it was dangerous and advised me not to stay the I had to stay at a different hotel. Try to contact someone at Expedia several times. And was not able to. The worst customer service ever this is the 2nd time I booked on this site and the same problem. Did not get my problem resolved and lost my money. You guys just robbed me Worst experience. "

"The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property."
