"Excellent stay. Just a short walk from the sea front.Very nice room with very comfortable bed and top quality bed linen. The only slight downside was the quality of the clothes hangers in the wardrobe, they were somewhat past their best. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choice and good quality. Very friendly and helpful staff."

They didn’t cancel the booking so it still showed as active in Hotels.com system leading me to believe they would have been happy to keep my money for not staying and causing me a lengthy change process to verify with hotels.com. I had to scramble for a new place during a work day. Nightmare. I booked weeks before. "
