"very friendly cleaning staff who helped us to facilitate an earlier arrival at the hotel -contacted the hotel owner on our behalf as we were unable to as well as let us drop off our luggage earlier and explained the check in/check out details for us. place was really clean and overall a great experience. only downside will be the slightly old toilet but otherwise it’s really good ! basic amenities - shampoo, body wash, towels, toiletries and hair dryer provided 👍👍"

Hotel exterior was a little old and dirty, and to check into the hotel it would also be in a separate block which was confusing at first. "Fun property for my family and I. Parking is included, and the in-room hotspring tap is neat. My child loved climbing up/down the stairs, and it's a short walk to the night market. Many of the room units are apartments, and the manager's office is across the street. Not much of an inconvenience though. I liked this place."

Might have difficulty contacting the owner via whatsapp so Line would be encouraged so prob contact property at least 2-3days in advance would be better. Need to climb some stairs so travel light. "Poor value. Very inconvenient if you are driving. No parking at or near the hotel. I had to park in an uncertain spot along the street 200 meters away and hoped I wasn't ticketed or towed.
