"For the cost of the room, one would expect the owner of the hotel to be more strict on maintaining this hotel, it is historic, the art is lovely, the staff are extremely kind and prompt to assist, but our room experienced a sprinkler that began pouring water from it and an air conditioner that was not fully functional, everything was covered in dust, the mattress was however extremely comfortable, the pillows and sheets were divine, the location of the hotel is great for why we were staying there, but personally, I will not be paying for a night to stay there again. Again, staff was AMAZING, especially responding to the leak, this is the hotel owners fault, not theirs."

"One of the staff members didnt know how to do much so she just told us and other visitors its not available. We couldnt get two room keys because after we paid and checked in she couldnt give us an additional room key for my husband. She also told someone there were no extra pillows or blankets amd also said they dont accept triple A discounts. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The facility overall was clean, though i wish they had a hot tub and the other staff members were nice for the most part. "

"Rooms seem clean enough but I always find random contact lenses and dirty tissues in plain sight. Has happened in multiple rooms on multiple stays. "

"Breakfast was good. Day 1 had pork sausage, Day 2 chicken sausage, nice options, eggs, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, even had soy milk! Close to shopping. "

"In Cincinnati for a family wedding. Many of stayed there and found the rooms very nice, but also nice spaces for us to hang out and enjoy each other. Excellent breakfast choices are a nice bonus"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was perfect for our needs—comfortable, well-kept, and truly felt like a home away from home. After long days out, it was so nice to come back and relax in such a welcoming space.The host was fantastic—quick to respond, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet still within walking distance of some great restaurants, which was a huge plus.Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. We’re already thinking about coming back next year!"
