Located on the third floor of a building, there is ample parking and the possibility of a free covered parking space. Swimming pools, tennis courts, supermarket, pharmacy and bars nearby, easy access to the towns of 5 Terre, Fiascherino, Tellaro, Versilia, Sarzana, Lunigiana and Carrara marble quarries.
