"Room was spacious and clean. "

"Overall it was a nice two-day stay. However, the toilet overflowed, and when I called the front desk, the cleaning lady brought a plunger to the door to give to me. I informed the lady I didn't ask for a plunger I was letting them know the toilet was overflowing. When she came into the room and saw the toilet she stated the maintenance person wasn't coming in until 11:00 am, it was 9:00 am. Even though the person at the front desk was pleasant it was a disconnect when the cleaning lady appeared...

"When we first started coming here it was simple but clean. In the past few years it’s regressed and the cleanliness needs to be addressed. We don’t think we’ll book here anymore for that reason."
