The view of Lake Lugano and the surrounding green mountains is breathtaking from the apartment UNIQUE GANDRIA 3, a special place for your vacation or business stay!



This high standing apartment is located in a newly built building in the village of Gandria, not far from Lugano city. It welcomes you with a large and bright living room composed as follows: the TV area furnished with a comfortable sofa on which to watch a movie at the end of the day, or read a book and relax admiring the landscape from the window; the dining area with an oval table for 4 and the modern kitchen, complete and equipped with everything you need. The living room leads to the wonderful small terrace with table and chairs, where you can have breakfasts and drinks outdoors, enjoying the spectacular view of the branch of Lake Ceresio.

There are two bedrooms, a romantic double bedroom and another bedroom with a single bed and a small sofa that becomes a single bed for the night, both overlooking the lake (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.).

There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



Guests have access to outdoor parking on the main street, a 3-minute walk from the building. (max dimensions: L:4.40m, W:1.95m, H:no limit).

What\'s nearby:

Gandria is a picturesque and well-preserved village, among the most beautiful lakeside villages in Ticino, whose houses set on the mountainside, on the slopes of Mount Brè, are reflected in the waters of the Ceresio. The narrow buildings are reached via stairways and alleys. Some houses date back to the 16th and 17th centuries and are embellished with frescoes and stucco decorations. The village is easily reachable by boat from Lugano, by car and by bus via the scenic road, Strada di Gandria.

Next to the apartment there is the Roccabella Restaurant, which offers menus of local dishes and also provides breakfast service upon request.

Among the most celebrated points of interest is the famous Sentiero di Gandria, an extraordinarily beautiful path that follows the lake among green Mediterranean vegetation, olive trees, typical lakeside houses, and the lake within walking distance. 

Cantine di Gandria and Caprino are also easily reachable by boat, on the other side of the lake, where you can walk along a path through the greenery and taste Ticino delicacies in the typical grotti restaurants.

By car you can reach Lido di Lugano and Parco Ciani in just 10 minutes, the center of Lugano in max 15 minutes. There is a nice little Lido also in Gandria, at the beginning of the path on the Castagnola side, the Lido San Domenico.

Italy is also just a stone\'s throw away: the Gandria customs is 2 minutes away, and by crossing it you reach the beautiful Italian shore of Lake Lugano, with the small villages of Valsolda, such as Oria (famous for the Villa Fogazzaro Roi, a FAI heritage site) and Porlezza.



How to get there: 

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud junction and set the GPS: in 15 minutes you will reach the parking lot.

By train, from Lugano station take bus No. 2 direction \"Castagnola, Capolinea\" for 5 stops and get off at \"Lugano, Palazzo Studi\" stop. From here take bus 490 direction \"Gandria, Paese\" for 7 stops and get off at the stop \"Gandria, Strada.\" In 3 minutes walk you will reach the apartment.
