Unique, comfortable apartment
There are many "positives" about this apartment. The price is excellent. The location in a residential neighborhood is a short walk from the train and the old town and there are multiple grocery stores nearby. Though small, the apartment is carefully laid out so that we were comfortable and never felt cramped or crowded. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Set back from the street, it was quiet and private. Future renters should be aware that this is not appropriate for anyone with mobility limitations. Access requires going down a few fairly narrow outside stairs into the main building's cellar. After walking through the basement, there are a few more outside stairs into an enclosed garden area. At the back of the garden is the rental apartment. Photos of the apartment show that there is a rather steep stairway with narrow treads and rope railings between the two floors of the apartment. Access is probably comfortable and safe for most adults.

Unique accommodation in a good location
We had a lovely stay in this accommodation, which had street parking and is just a short walk to the station or into town. Perfect for a short break and visiting Lubeck. Our host was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Richard and Angela

more than just a cute hideaway
We enjoyed a 3 week stay in this unique property and would love to come again for another stay. The location is in walking distance from the train station, the city centre and a variety of shopping places. some times car parking requires patience and creativity, but once parked everything else can be done by foot or public transport. The host was very professional and we experienced great support and hospitality when dealing with some unexpected challenges. It was a cute and cozy home-away-from-home for us and is recommended to everyone who appreciates real value for money.

Ruhig, entspannt und doch zentral
Das Gartenhaus ist uneingeschränkt zu emofehlen, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Allerdings sollte die Agentur die Verbindungsdaten bereit stellen… Ansonsten alles sehr gut, jederzeit wieder!

Schön gelegene rustikale Unterkunft und perfekte Betreuung
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Es handelt sich um ein Hinterhaus und es ist daher sehr ruhig. Es gibt hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny, dm und vor allem Edeka) in der fußläufigen Umgebung und die Lübecker Altstadt ist sehr gut erreichbar. Zudem ist die Unterkunft nur einen Katzensprung vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich persönlich und sehr hingebungsvoll um die Gäste. Das Ambiente ist etwas rustikal und die Lesebeleuchtung sollte noch etwas verbessert werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können Gastgeber und Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt in Lübeck
Das Häuschen ist wirklich sehr schön und genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Bewertung Gartenhaus Luebienchen
Das Luebienchen war genau das richtige für uns. Es hat einen besonderen Charme. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die kleine Gartenecke, die zum Gartenhaus gehört, haben wir genossen. So zentral und ruhig. Zum Bahnhof 5 Minuten und ins Zentrum 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der nächste Supermarkt auch in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Es hat alles gepasst. Liebe Grüße, Monika und Uwe!

Zentrale Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und vor allem für Leute, die mit dem Zug reisen super geeignet, da der Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Terrasse, auf der wir morgens gefrühstückt haben, ist ein guter Pluspunkt. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig (wir haben mit offenem Fenster geschlafen). Man hört keinen Straßenlärm.
