  • Great lower unit of a charming two unit home next to the Ludington Municipal Marina and walking distance to beach, harbor, downtown and boat launch. Ideal for the fisherman in the group. This is a 2/2 with a living room and dining room that seats 6. There is a second floor separate apartment listed as The Dock House-Upper (listing 4813469). This cottage has a large deck in the back and a large front porch to sit out and watch the Badger come to port. The cottage is fully furnished with a washer and dryer, freezer in the basement, cable TV, WIFI and a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. If you don't want to cook, you are walking distance to the downtown area with some of the finest restaurants and bars. Take a walk along Pere Marquette lake or out to the lighthouse on Stearns Beach. So much to do and see just blocks away.
