This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Derek. As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!

The Chateau Hotel/Resort was way better in every respect than we ever could have expected. From its splendid "palatial" construction to its more than comprehensive resort facilities (tennis & badminton courts, indoor/outdoor pools, gym, wellness centre etc etc to its wonderfully helpful and friendly staff as well as its quality Chinese (Shanghai style) restaurant.
