Very clean room but extremely small. Looked like they tried to use every inch of space available. We booked this last minute and had good response from the team for a convenient check in. Train noises stop at night so we slept fine. This might be a problem for light sleepers as the trains are loud at 5am.

We were in the corner of the apartment and it was so hot (no AC). It was so loud even with the windows closed from the trains. We wanted to keep the window open though because it was so hot in the room.

Stay away from this place. There is no AC in the rooms, only a regular ventilation system which is useless, making it extremely hot inside. Located 5 meters from the railroad so extremely noisy too. The worst part by far was the amount of bed bugs. Before going to bed they were already crawling on pillows and quilt. Had to leave the place in the middle of the night to find another accommodation.

Very easy check-in. Location was perfect. Able to park a block away. Very noisy with construction beside property early in the morning. Lots of train noisy but that wasnt too bad and calming sound. We did not see a spa which was adverised.

Horrible experience

Toilet no room to use. Everything falling apart - door handle and drapes coming off. Bed doesn’t fit 2 people. They also had a towel for 1 person and I asked housekeeping and she said that I have to request it online which means they would deliver the following day. How are they advertising 2 people but have towels for only 1 person? No hand soap. Had to use dish soap to wash my hands. Absolutely horrible. The check in code didn’t work when we got there and waited 1 hour outside the door to get the new code emailed to me. They said it was a glitch in their system. Overall hotels.com should not offer this terrible hotel /apartment. Also the trains pass every 30 seconds and can’t sleep with the noise. It is literally on the train track.

The place is not bad. But when you traveled from another country and have been awake for 24 hours and check in to find a bed with a wet feces/vomit stain and have nobody there on the premises to get you a new room or new pillows, sheets, and a blanket. Not good. I literally slept in my clothes, using a bath towel as a pillow after I took the filthy linen off the bed and flipped the mattress. They provided me with new linen the next morning and the place was small and nice. That was just an absolutely horrible first impression to make on a tired traveler just looking to have a comfortable sleep. They gave me a small care package the next day which was nice but I would have much preferred an unsoiled bed when I checked in.

The apartment is quite small but clean and they managed to use every spot. Thankfully the windows are thick! The noise from the trains below is constant and a lot. With the windows closed only hear a few really loud ones. There needs to be some hooks in the shower as there is nowhere to hang a towel. The location is aprox 10 min walk to train station and convenient to town centre

Chambre minuscule, excessivement chaude et directement située à côté de la gare. Les trains sont très bruyants, nous avions la fenêtre ouverte, car la température de la chambre était insupportable. Nous avons très mal dormi. Je ne recommande pas.

Já reservamos o local sabendo da proximidade com a estação e realmente o barulho é alto. Porém, não foi algo que nos incomodou TANTO. Ha um ar condicionado no quarto, mas eles nao resfria o apto, solicitamos um ventilador previamente e ele foi entregue mas tb não era dos mais potentes, nossa sorte foi que durante nossa estadia choveu durante a noite em Lucerna e isso ajudou a resfriar o quarto. Não há recepcão no local, vc recebe um codigo de chekin via email, portanto tenha uma boa rede de internet e faça os procedimentos prévios para não haver problema nessa etapa. O ponto mais critico da nossa estadia foi que a porta do box do banheiro não permanecia fechada sozinha e formava uma aguaceiro no chão, e ai precisavamos nos revezar pra segurar a porta enquanto o outro tomava banho. Teve um dado momento da estadia que o codigo nao abriu a porta geral do edificio, mesmo digitando corretamente e só conseguimos adentrar quando outro hospede entrou, oq poderia ter sido um grande problema caso fosse de madrugada ou se ninguem chegasse. Entramos e saimos novamente e o codigo voltou a funcionar "do nada". No geral, as informações do anuncio condizem com a realidade e o valor cobrado nos fez optar por essa acomodação, que não era a melhor do mundo, mas atendeu as nossas necessidades.

As fotos sao bem diferentes, o lixo da cozinha da hospedagem anterior nao havia sido retirado. Ficamos cinco dias e nenhum momento mesmo apos solicitado os lixos sao retirados. Quarto pequeno demais, box mal conservado, cama barulhenta, tapete sujo. Positivo: atenderam pedido de troca de toalhas e travesseiros extras. Localizacao boa, otimos restaurantes e comercio proximos e proximo da estacao de trem.

Not the greatest experience

Pros: Staff was responsive to emails. Room was clean. Cons: The info provided on hotels.com states that (1) customers would receive a secure link to upload ID for check-in, but I didn't receive the link until I emailed a week prior to my arrival date; (2) customers can receive special access instructions if checking in outside of regular check-in hours, but I didn't receive any special access instructions even after a few inquiries. The email stated that I would receive the access code the day of my arrival. At 9:30 a.m. on the day of my arrival, I still had not received any access code. So I had to email to follow up. They responded within 3 hours but there was no mention of checking in at irregular hours. So I waited until the regular check-in hours. A few items (shower head holder, kitchenette faucet, sound bar anchor) were not securely attached. The welcome guide in the room suggests customers to email them, so I did so that I wouldn't be held responsible in case anything happened. It also asked us to check against their inventory list, but I didn't see the inventory list until after I emailed. There was no/poor AC/ventilation. The room was so warm that we had to open the window to sleep. But because it was so close to the train station and there was a train every 3-4 minutes, we eventually had to close the window. But the room was so hot with the window closed, meaning we couldn't sleep one way or the other. Room was small but we were aware and could handle that.

It was convenient as a last minute booking. Very close to the tram stop. Has accessibility lift for luggage going up the stairs, and lifts. Can get a bit noisy during the late afternoon and night, many people out in the corridors, but otherwise value for money. The staff wouldn't give us the full room we booked at the start but they managed to fix the problem in the end. There were broken hooks on some of the beds and had limited coat hangers.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, aber vollkommen in Ordnung für zwei Nächte. Alles war sehr sauber. Auch der Check-In bzw die Daten per Email schicken, um rechtzeitig den Code für die Tür zu bekommen, hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Umgebung und Lage waren gar nicht so schlecht, aber durch den Bahnhof ist es sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind praktisch direkt über den Bahngleisen, die Züge rattern im 2-3 Minutentakt vorbei. Obwohl wir im März da und die Nächte kalt waren, war es sehr heiß in den Zimmern, so dass wir Nachts die Fenster öffnen mussten. Das wäre halb so schlimm, wenn die Klimaanlage funktionieren würde, damit man wegen dem Lärmcl die Fenster geschlossen halten kann. Aber es schien mir eher wie ein Gebläse als eine richtige A/C. Ergo: kaum Schlaf gefunden.
