- The house features a beautiful, private panoramic pool. There is a large, fenced-in garden equipped with play areas for adults and children. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet not far from Lucca and Versilia. The beaches of Versilia are a 25-minute drive away, and the city of Lucca is 15 minutes away. The garden features a gazebo equipped with a barbecue. Within the garden grounds, there is a basement area containing a bathroom, an utility kitchen, a living room, and a dressing room. The area offers beautiful nature walks through the countryside, among vineyards and olive groves that delight travellers’ senses. Excellent restaurants and pizzerias are just a few minutes’ drive away. Local shops and supermarkets are a five-minute drive away.
