The apartment is spacious and very clean!!! Most of all it is an EXCELLENT location, in the center of everything! The communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive when our hairdryer went on the blink; We had a replacement in several hours. Great location in centre of walled city. Kitchen is well stocked and nice eating bar for breakfast. Bed is very comfortable and black out blinds keep out sun and noise. Would definitely recommend this flat.

Perfect location and Christina was a great communicator both pre and at check in. Great kitchen, living area and bedroom. Balcony is not really useable - rusted old table, the dryer part of the washer dryer doesn’t work and the shower really needs some attention - shower head not properly attached - saw feedback on this from over a year ago which hasn’t been followed up on obviously.

This is a modern apartment with an elevator located in a great location. It is just off of Piazza Napoleone and next to a great pastry shop. One doesn't need (or want) a car as everything you might want is close by. The balcony is nice for a glass of wine or just relaxing after a day of touring. I recommend adding a handrail on the steps leading up to the elevator.

Pretty much everything was BETTER than we expected. For our first visit to Lucca it was ideal and we will be back again soon. Minor things really, the shower was a little 'tired" and could do with re - sealing & freshening up to bring it unto the standard of the rest of the bathroom, and the toilet seat was "loose" and probably just needs tightening up.

This is a lovely and comfortable apartment in the heart of Lucca. The kitchen was fully equipped to be able to prepare meals if desired. The bed was very comfortable. We were steps away from everything we needed, including groceries, coffee and amazing restaurants. The train station was a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. Cristina was very helpful, even sharing her favorite restaurant recommendations. I can’t wait to return!

Stunning apartment in the perfect location. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The large bed was comfortable to allow a good nights sleep. The location is perfect with absolutely everything on your doorstep. Our host was really welcoming and gave lots of local hints and tips, there was also a very useful apartment guide. This place was stunning, very clean and with a giant and very comfy bed! We were left with a booklet with many recommendations on local places to go, a couple of which we tried to much success! The only problem we had was with the plug sockets - the coffee machine and toaster plugs wouldn’t fit in the sockets and nor would our plug converter. We didn’t have this problem when we stayed in Milan so was very confusing - definitely bring a few different plug converters to be sure! All in all we had a lovely stay in Lucca and would love to stay again one day. Thank you!
