Our guest have access to the entire apartament, which is located in the amazing building facing the nicest Piazza of Lucca . ( only 10 stepd from street level). The train station is a 15 minute walk away, as is the bus station. Lucca is also very well served because it is close to two airports: Pisa and Florence 20 km from Versilia, 50 km from Florence and 30 km from Pisa.

Delightful apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Lucca, overlooking the famous Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. In recent years the apartment has been completely re furnished and renovated with all comforts by the hosts Mr. and Mrs. Cioni who, in a very familiar way, will welcome you and share with you all the secrets about our beautiful city. The apartment has maintained the characteristics of the old Lucchese houses (exposed beams, wooden windows) and consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, a large entrance hall with a study area, where there is a part of the ancient Roman amphitheater, a large living room with an open kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a closet. The apartment is equipped with: Internet connection, washing machine and dishwasher, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, toaster, American coffee maker, moka and TV. Linens are included. A baby crib can be added. The apartment is in the ZTL zone this means that you are in an area where traffic is restricted to residents. You will not be able to reach us by car, but you will use the nearest paid parking, which is a few minutes away.
