"The hotel had such a horrible odor that I went and bought heavy duty Febreze and sprayed my hallway, room, and especially the closet. I asked for a bar of soap to wash hands for two days to no avail. Finally, a young woman at the front desk went to look and found that their shipment was not in yet! ..."
