"The Farmhouse" in Tech Terrace has the location and farmhouse charm you are looking for when coming to Lubbock for a game, or to enjoy visiting your student. Less than a mile from Texas Tech, and close to restaurants, the Medical District, and shopping. Easy access to Marsha Sharp, and I27, and only 10 minutes to the airport. "The Farmhouse" is an updated 1947 cottage that is in a great neighborhood with two parks and within easy walking distance to J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, and grocery.

The Farmhouse in Tech Terrace is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1400 sq ft home less than a mile from TTU. The main bathroom was updated in January of 2021. It is fully furnished and has orignal hardwood flooring in the living and bedroom areas. Sleep well on memory foam mattresses, and enjoy Direct TV's Entertainment package and 300 Mbps WiFi. Relax on the deck in the fenced backyard under a canopy of cafe' lights! We hope you'll feel down-home at "The Farmhouse"!

FYI: There is a small house at the back of the property that is unoccupied.

Stayed 1 night for tech graduation. Well decorated house with all the stuff you need. WiFi check. Cable check, washer/dryer check, great backyard with fire pit and comfy chairs Check Remodeled bathroom fully stocked even if you forget your toothbrush. Beds a little hard for ourt liking but that is my only drawback on this property. It is well managed and the owner felt like a friend from the very beginning. Don’t waste anymore time. Book this now. You won’t be disappointed.

Stayed while we waited for our daughter and son in law’s moving truck arrived. They had a big move and we were helping out. Moving is stressful. Best place to unwind and recharge, the house was adorable and perfect. Even better the hosts Karen and John assisted us with my many needs and concerns. Easy to. This house is exactly how it's described. The place was clean, the beds comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. Karen is an awesome host, she contacted me prior to the date, gave me a little background on the house, and made us feel comfortable. The day prior she asked what time we'd be coming in, how we liked the temperature, and left some lights on for us since we came in late. We only stayed the night but I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Farmhouse to attend our daughter’s ring ceremony. The house was perfect for our group of 5. After the ceremony my daughter had a couple friends join us at the house for corn hole and food. We could not of asked for a better house! Our host was just the nicest too!

We have stayed here multiple times. The house is clean, well stocked, beds and other furniture are all comfortable. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to talk to.We enjoy the backyard amenities and games provided. The fire pit is a favorite with our family.

Visiting our college girls for a Family Thanksgiving
A great chance to be close to campus, catch a Tech Volleyball game, visit friends, catch up on rest, play some games with our kids and just be a family. The hosts were so welcoming and its clear they enjoy having people in their house. The neighborhood is excellent if you are there to enjoy the tech scene- and we were!
