Horrible experience. Roomed smelled like rotting food and sewage, smoke alarm was missing the cover and beeping do to low battery, pillows just tossed on the bed that had sheets only on it, everything else was just as disgusting but didn’t matter since the smell and smoke alarm aspects were bad enough to leave. We literally walked in and back down to the front to return the key. They refused a refund.

For starters I was welcomed by watching an argument between one of the tenants and a staff member or cleaning person, with the staff member walking off saying something to the extent they would "bust them right in the face" or something to that extent. I say tenant, because it seems many of the people that are staying here, actually live here. The yard area is pretty disgusting and unkept and many of the rooms have boards up in place of windows. Upon entering my room, I already see the burn holes in the sheets and the wall and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I checked for bed bugs (I think I know how to check) but didn't see any indication of the that. The floors were also NOT carpet, which is nice, because I can wipe down with Clorox sanitizing wipes. You WILL want to do this here. The bed was super worn, but honestly, still better than sleeping on the super firm mattress in the back of my car. Tub was super worn, nasty cracks in the wall AND the towels were DIRTY! I mean obviously dirty, like that had literal dirt on them. Good grief man, it's like you can't even try to be this bad, somehow they achieve it. TV is a smaller 32", but had a remote with no batteries and no backing. Took up front for more batteries and she gave me another remote also with no back cover, but it did have batteries! Unfortunately it didn't work. I just used trusty Google and reprogrammed it to the TV. I had some valuables I did not feel comfortable leaving in the car

Basically if you need a cheap place to sleep this is it. Nothing fancy. Yeah there are questionable folks but just keep to yourself and mind your own.

I requested another room, after finding dog hairs all over the sheets on the bed. I instantly regretted it after getting a new room that smelled of cigar smoke. And to my surprise the whole building didnt have water and the person un the lobby didn't notify me when checking in

There was drug activity going on all night, noise outside my room I got no sleep. The heater was a hunk of junk, the bathtub hadn't been cleaned in months. Stomping and slamming doors every couple of minutes. Loud music and hollering. Just terrible!

The girl at the front desk was awesome. The room was NOT AT ALL what I booked online. The room smelled like dirty socks. I had two dogs with me that are very well trained and they stayed close to me for the short amount of time we slept. We were woke up about 2am by the people staying next to us. They were laughing and being stupid, yelling, had the tv way up. I was afraid to call the office about them because they sounded drunk. I carried a knife to take my dogs to walk in the so called grass that was full of stickers. That was lots of fun to deal with. I couldn’t get back to sleep so I finally just got all my stuff and checked out really early in the morning.

Don't book here--you won't stay. The clerk was welcoming and warm upon checkin. She promised us a nonsmoking room on the first floor. But when we got to the room, it had clearly been smoked in for a long time. Cigarette burns were on the stained bedspread, on the tub and the toilet. And flies were everywhere: The more we killed, the more appeared. They must be breeding in the AC unit. The room was fairly clean, but there was a broken light above the sink and a dangling lampshade. Peeople were roaming through the parking lot, and we smelled weed from a couple of rooms. A police unit cruised by. We went to the office to say the room was clearly used for smoking, so the clerk offered us a second floor room (no elevator). But we didnt feel safe and asked for a refund She said she could refund the second night only--but i havemt been reimbursed yet.

the place looks like a flop house on tv. sign at the front desk says no refunds, went up to room saw to different types of bugs, smoke detector missing, towel bar in bath missing, furniture damaged. Thought I felt bugs crawling on me hope I didn't bring bed bugs away with me. took pictures and left. am now checked into a best western in post, tx. it sucks having to pay for 2 rooms in one night. Filled a complaint with motel 6.
