The hotel is older and has not had many updates or improvements. It appears to be a location that construction workers occupy or live in for extended periods of time. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but the sheets were old and scratchy. It is dog friendly but the smell in the halls and rooms was nasty, also smelled of marijuana. There was no breakfast, no ice machine, no dishes in the kitchenette unless you requested and paid for them. Will not return.

Was not the best experience. We had to switch rooms the first day we got there because room was dirty . Second room was ok but still had to buy bleach spray for the showers and wipe down everything. The exit by our room smelled like weed. There was no cleaning crew.

Our room was not clean. Trash had not been taken out from prior use. The door would not shut completely so it would not lock. The floor was sticky. The front desk staff was very kind and hard working.

Disappointing, to say the least
The first room we were in was terrible. Someone had smoked in a non-smoking room and the smell had permeated the room. The desk clerk said they had tried many things but could not remove the odor. The carpet was also badly stained. Overall room condition left much to be desired. The night clerk was sympathetic about our situation but no other room was available when we checked in. She did a very good job finding us a better room the next day that was definitely better, but we would rate it as merely adequate. It appeared tired and well used. I suspect the entire facility needs a definite renovation.

Hotel is well located, at check in, we were told we didn't have room ( booked since Jan) but later they fixed problem and we got the room. Room was smelly and old, looked that haven't been updated in good long time. During my stay they never went to clean the room up. Need to update carpet and windows, full of sand.

The property is run down and there is apparently no maintenance being done. Carpet is pulling up in several spots, the elevator sounds like there’s a huge problem with it, lights are out, etc. The grounds are completely trashed. It’s apparent that they are collecting all the money they can and then will close the property.

I would stay again, 50$ deposit for dogs isn’t right. I was reimbursed for that but there are other hotels that don’t charge. I have a service dog but still had to put up deposit.

Had to request another room because original room smelled like dead fish and light fixture was broken and laying on the counter. Second room was not very clean either. Food dried on counter. Elevator needs maintenance. My kids wouldn't even ride it.

Staff very short and unfriendly, Half worked on construct project in front room. The elevator felt and sounded like it was going to fall apart while I was in it. The room was run down, in need of renovation. I slept on top of the comforter. TV speaker was blown and could not understand anything being said. Overall not a very inviting experience.
