Open concept floor plan, ideal for entertaining. Vacation close to town but near enough to get where you need to go quickly. Even Avila Beach is 45 min drive. The gourmet kitchen has upgraded appliances with beautiful finishes, including river stone solid surface countertops and a large walk-in pantry. Inviting fireplaces in both the living and family rooms. Wonderful built-in outdoor pool with automatic cover. Dual-zone AC, built-in wine cooler, and convenient multi-room speaker system. The home includes a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system, fruit trees, and lots of privacy. 54 solar panels make this a green vacation! also solar water heat to reduce need for gas heated water a carbon neutral stay! The pool is NOT heated.
