"We had such a lovely stay here in the cottage room. The courtyard was a great place for drinks and people watching, very relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool at the spa was a great place to cool off. Very much looking forward to a further stay here"

"On arrival the check-in process was straightforward. My room was ready before 3pm, but I soon discovered that the ac wasn’t working. The reception staff were very helpful, they explained that there had been a power cut earlier in the day, which may have been the reason why it wasn’t working, however, within half an hour of reporting it, the ac was working working again. I was disappointed that there was no fridge in my room, and minimal coffee packets. It was a lot of money to pay for one night without these facilities."

We were left wondering if all the rooms in the hotel were full and perhaps they could have located us in a room with a window that opened. The young man who served us for the evening meal was very attentive and very polite which was nice to see. Not so the staff at breakfast."
