"Viel Platz zum Schlafen und zum Kochen, kleines Bad. Nette Details in der Wohnung. Sehr ruhiger Innenhof , keine Verkehrsgeräusche nach hinten raus. Das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch ist aber nur mit Ohropacs zu empfehlen. Ausreichend Parkplätze in der Umgebung vorhanden. Haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen."

"The apartment was very nice and clean but the front entrance was a bit scary but did not represent the inside of apartment. The doors were challenging to work the locks. Water never got warmer than Luke warm for bath or shower. I think if this apartment would work out for a family needing extra space since there are two large rooms and a kitchen"

"Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral in Wedding. Parkplätze gib es nur mit Glück. Aber wenn das Auto steht steht es. Die Wohnung war sauber. Es ist fast alles da, was man benötigt. Geschirrtuch fehlt. Die Kaffeemaschine gehört mal richtig gereinigt und wahrscheinlich entkalkt. Es fehlt unserer Meinung ein Handfeger oder ähnliches um krümel z. B. Selber entfernen zu können. Der Wohn-/Schlafraum ist nur zu lüften wenn man die Tür zur Straße auflässt. Das halte ich für ungeschickt. Wirklich warm...

"It was en general a very good experience. The room is small but wise distributed with kitchenette, fridge, dishes, utensils etc., very useful. There's a roof top, coffee room and laundry as well. The property is in a very good condition, convenient located in a beautiful clean and calm neighborhood (Pankow) with restaurants, coffee shops, metro, trams and buses nerby. There's a beautiful park around too. If I come back to Berlin I'll stay there again :). I recommend it. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the cleaning is just once a week. They don't have AC (it does not seem to be so popular in Berlin) and could be warm in summer time. We did ask for a fan during our stay."
