"A beautiful apt high on the hill of Parzanica overlooking lake Iseo. Very comfortable. The drive is up 14 hairpin bends. While we were there, there was construction below us during the day but nighttime and weekends were quiet. Great place to bicycle or hike"

"First and foremost a stunning view, from a reasonably sized apartment with a small second bedroom, nice wooden ceilings, two decently sized balconies, with a small garden. Friendly host who is not always present on the property. Giulio gave us delicious figs from the tree! On the downside, no AC, in sunny and hot weather (daytime highs were 36 Č) it gets very hot because directly under roof, therefore windows wide open out of necessity. "Check-in was smooth, but we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our stay.The AC unit was not functional—it turned on, but no cold air or airflow came out. Despite Diego visit while we were away, the issue remained unresolved, and no follow-up occurred after we requested further help.The shutter on the kitchen window, which is also the main window was broken. "We began our stay on the outdoor terrace while watching the sunset over the lake and sipping Franciacorta. The staff was very helpful and attentive and helped us with details for a ferry trip to Monte Isola and a visit to a winery. Breakfast was delicious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. Internet access was great. We were traveling by train and managed the 20 minute hike up to the hotel, but if you don’t have a car and would like to arrange for a taxi be sure to communicate with the staff prior to your arrival. They are very helpful and can provide information and assistance. "
