One night short stay before flight

Great little find about 20 min away from Bergamo Airport. Parking available outside hotel. Friendly efficient checkin and room was large clean and comfortable. Eat off site at nearby restaurant - also good. Would stay there again.

Former Convent turned hotel in Bergamo's outskirts

A former convent that has been carefully and tastefully designed providing modern rooms. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The only suggestion for improvement would be to monitor housekeeping performance (e.g. ensuring lights in working order, shampoo bottle in shower refilled when empty, amenities for 2 people if a double room is selected). Location should be better described (i.e. Albino in the outskirts of Bergamo a good 10+ km away from the city centre.

Perfect place for a little 'get-away'

The receptionist was helpful and nice, they gave us great customer service. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however, it was not sound proof so we did not get much privacy. The view from our room leads to thr back garden and was miniscule and only seems to be an option for ventilation which is fine. The breakfast buffet was great and what was offered was just enough to choose from. The hotel staff were kind overall. The view from this hotel, the mountains and the morning sunrise view was astonishing. I would visit here during spring or summer for better experience as it is chilly during autumn-winter season.

Beautiful ex 15th century convent, tastefully modified, lift or steps to reception. Receptionist could be more helpful. Restaurant on site served the most wonderful modern menu food, was packed out with locals, which is always a good sign.

Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr groß mit toller Ausstattung. Das ganze Hotel ist in einem perfekten Zustand. Das Frühstück ist einzigartig. Das Essen im vorhandenen Restaurant ist einfach nur super. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen.
