The Space:

Step through the front door into the kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay. Around the corner to the right is the comfortable living room featuring a Smart TV.



The main-level bedroom shares a wall with the living room and includes a new memory foam queen bed. A full bathroom is also located on this level, along with a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.



Head upstairs to find the second bedroom, furnished with another queen bed and its own private ensuite full bathroom.



Outside, guests can enjoy a small, dog-friendly backyard. Private parking is available in the alley driveway behind the home.



The home is conveniently located near downtown Loveland, where you can explore local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, art galleries, boutiques, parks, and seasonal events. Blue Arena, formerly the Budweiser Events Center, is approximately 15 minutes away. Fort Collins and Old Town are about a 25-minute drive, while Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park can typically be reached in approximately 45–60 minutes.



Guest Access:

Arrive to the home through the alleyway south of E 3rd street. DO NOT ATTEMT TO ACCESS THE HOME THROUGH 3RD STREET, THIS IS A PRIVATE RESIDENCE. Use the key code to access the front door. All of the space inside of the 6ft wooden fence is for guest use. Please do not attempt to open the gate into the neighbor's backyard.
