Adorable house is a great neighborhood

This house was perfect. Situated on a quiet street, just blocks from a cool lake, it was the perfect location for us. The house was clean and had everything we needed. They even had some bikes for us to use to explore. Two thumbs up!!

This house was wonderful! Our host went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and easy. The house was clean, cutely decorated & comfortable. A Loveland Gem!

We were so fortunate to find this wonderful little home in a quaint Loveland neighborhood! The house is adorably decorated and well appointed, with all the amenities you will need for your stay. It is just a hop-skip-and a jump from downtown with SO many great watering holes and food options. We spent our entire stay in this area and never ran out of places to try. Kristin is a great host and the entire experience was just exceptional! Thank you!

This home was absolutely spotless upon arrival. We are major clean freaks and we were pleasantly surprised and felt very comfortable staying there. The home is decorated very cute, has comfortable furniture and the backyard is absolutely gorgeous. We loved spending time on the large deck in the evenings. 5 stars! Highly recommend.

Lovely Rental Home in Loveland

When traveling I look for 3 things when renting a home: 1) Comfortable and functional living space; 2) Nice surrounding area; 3) Good communication with owner. This listing checked off all 3 and I would definitely rent here again. The home is just as advertised and the owner (Kristin) has done a very nice job setting it up so folks will want to return, adding several extra touches throughout. The backyard is huge and fenced-in, which is wonderful if you are traveling with a pet. The neighborhood and surrounding area are very pleasant. This is a great rental all the way around!

Week stay in Loveland!

What a lovely property! Everything was perfect and the hosts were attentive to every detail and question we had. The Loveland downtown area is super accessible from the property - 10-15 min walk to restaurants and bars. The property is also pet friendly and we had two of our dogs with us. We brought our dogs crates with us and crated them at night and when we left them at the house - highly recommend all pet owners do the same. The dogs also got multiple walks. We took them with us often to the down town area. Highly recommend the property is you want to access the downtown and/or you have pets. And the basement office was great for my remote work. Five plus starts!!!!

Lovely home near Lake Loveland CO!

The home was newly renovated and really lovely and comfortable. It is situated near a lake, playground, sculpture gardens, and not far from old downtown of Loveland, which had also been revitalized and is adorable and has something for everyone. I actually didn't get enough time in Loveland in the end, so I may need to come back. We chose this home because it was central to Denver, Fort Collins and the mountains. It was a perfect home base for day trips along the front range. the neighborhood was really sweet and quiet except for the occasional train whistle, which my son loved! The amenities and little touches were appreciated, like k-cups, power bars, quality linens, shampoo, clear signage, and a keyless entry with a code that was personalized to me. The hosts were very prompt in their reply and showed that wanted to know we were enjoying our stay, while giving us privacy and allowing us to feel this was our cute little house for a few days. Would highly recommend!

This house is so cozy and cute, and immaculately clean. Great location in the middle of Loveland, with great access to 34 and I-25. Fully appointed with everything one would need for their stay. They even left a bottle of wine and a couple of protein bars on the counter! The yard is completely fenced in and quite large - perfect for the doggo. We forgot our dog bowls, but there were extras on the deck for us. Neighborhood is super cute with most of the houses updated and well-kept. Would absolutely stay here again!
