"This was my third time staying and I enjoyed my stay. The young lady at Reception when I checked in was polite, professional and allocated me a room in accordance with my request. I would recommend others stay here. Thank you very much."

"Dated hotel in need of some TLC and cleaning as there were several cobwebs in the room. Pillowcase was poor material and bed hard. Breakfast had gone up in price in two weeks and there was a limited range."

"Value for money? Not at all. No restaurant at weekends. Bar staffed by receptionist. Poor choice of beers. You have to pay for the car park for no obvious reason. Corridor painted black. In the room, the only lightswitch was by the bed so coming in when it was dark was like pinning the tail on the donkey. It took 15 minutes to work out how to use the tv control. Another 15 minutes to work out the shower which had a dangerously slippery surface. Breakfast was way too expensive. That might cover it but there may be more."
