Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, serviced by a wet room. Outside, there is an enclosed deck area with patio and garden, along with private parking for three cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent.     North Somercotes, a seaside community in Lincolnshire's marshes region, is located in the East Lindsey district. Axe and Cleaver and Bay Horse Inn are two pubs in the village that serve a variety of food and beverages in addition to two convenience stores. Louth, which is eleven miles distant and has Georgian alleys with Grade II listed buildings, St. James Church, a theatre, a museum, shopping options, and a wide variety of restaurants, is known as the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Mablethorpe, a busy coastal town with a sandy beach and a variety of attractions, and Sutton On Sea, an unspoiled community with a good selection of independent shops and Blue Flag award-winning beaches, are located a little farther up the coast. Market Rasen Racecourse is located further inland, where you may enjoy a busy race day throughout the racing season. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe Dunes National Natural Reserve is a must-see.
