VILAMOURA GARDEN APARTMENT, 2 BED, 1 1/2 BATH, STYLISH AND CENTRALLY LOCATED

This apartment is my really lovely and very comfortable 2 bedroom ground floor garden apartment, well-equipped and stylishly furnished with a perfect south facing view over the lovely grounds and pool area, and located within easy walking distance of the Marina, town centre and Pinhal golf course. Sleeps 4 people plus an infant (the apartment has its own travel cot). Rental licence no: 24749/AL c/o CB&R Lda.
Special note: I AM VERY PROUD OF MY EXCELLENT CLEANING TEAM WHO WORK HARD TO ENSURE THE APARTMENT IS CLEAN AND SPARKLING FOR ALL GUESTS, EVERY TIME, with special procedures relating to COVID safety measures.

The apartment has a double bedroom with air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes and a smaller twin bedroom with air-conditioning. It has a brand new family bathroom with large walk-in shower cubicle, full bath with shower-over, vanity unit and WC. Also a guest cloakroom with vanity unit and WC.
The apartment has a lovely open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped including fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, George Foreman grill/BBQ, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a small safe, a hairdryer, travel cot, highchair and linen, towels. Pool towels are also available. Within the private terrace and garden, a rattan sofa set, patio table, chairs and 2 loungers are all provided for guests use.

There is free WI-FI throughout the apartment.

The bright and spacious open-plan lounge diner, has a SMART TVs so you can use any of your own subscription services. (Note: UK TV channels are sadly not available since service switched off). There is a DVD and a bluetooth speaker which you can pair with your own devices to enable you to enjoy your own music etc.

There is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, and a lovely view through the wall-length patio doors which open onto the private terrace and garden, with direct access over the lawns to the swimming pool area.

I have replaced all the following over the last few years:
* Beds : top quality divans throughout
* Patio/terrace and garden furniture
* Boiler
* Decoration throughout.

There is a large communal pool just visible and easily accessible from the apartment with a small children’s pool too.

There is a cafe, bar, hairdresser/beautician and a SPAR supermarket within the Locality and it is around a 15-20 minute stroll across flat parkland and gardens to the town centre, Vilamoura Marina and beaches (all within 2 kilometres) or you could take the tourist train which passes by regularly in the summer.

Please note the apartment is on the ground level with no steps or lifts to negotiate so is well suited to young families and guests with mobility challenges.

The apartment has underground parking as well as street parking areas.

The apartment is principally a cherished holiday home for my family, but is also rented out using a professional, local management company who will meet and greet all guests and provide local support during your holiday.

Best apartment location in the building, local to cafes, Spar and great restaurant (next door called Vila com Tradição). Comfortable bed, very roomy and nice terrace. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Vilamoura
Sue’s place is lovely perfect for our small family. The apartment is spacious and clean and has lots of family touches. The pool is great and only a small walk across the beautiful gardens. The walk into the marina and town is lovely through the gardens and takes about 20mins and there are a couple of beaches both around 30mins away. The restaurants around the marina are lovely and accommodating to a family with a small child. Jackie the property manager was easy to contact and gave us lots of information throughout our stay and she really is a delight, very friendly and helpful. We loved staying in Vilamoura and will definitely be back.

Fantastic Stay
The property was absolutely gorgeous! The owner (Sue) and property manager (Jackie) were amazing and so attentive. Would 100% book again, absolutely loved the apartment which was so spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden area and pool. The location was great, with local amenities a stone throw away but still very quiet, and the marina a lovely walk away. If you're looking to book, you won't be disappointed!! Made our first holiday as a small family so easy :) thanks again Sue and Jackie

Lovely 2bedroom luxury apartment. Beautiful apartment pictures do not do it justice. Everything you could possibly need, great outdoor garden overlooking pool. 15 minutes easy walk to marina, no need for car as £30 taxi to airport. Great communication with owner. Will definitely be booking again.

Had a fantastic 9 night stay at this property. The apartment had everything you would need and the pool was never too busy. The location is approx 15 minute walk from Marina and has a supermarket, cafe and bars right beside it. Can highly recommend this apartment as the owner kept us up to date with emails especially in these COVID times. Also a taxi was organised for us and we had a lovely welcome from Jackie who gave us local information and leaflets .

We had a fantastic stay in this property. Right from the communication with the owner - Susan, to the check-in with Jackie, and our stay of 4 nights until the end, when unfortunately we had to check out, it was all great. The property was exactly what was advertised. Great location, two lovely pools & conveniently next door to two lovely cafes / restaurants and around the corner to Spar, very reasonably priced for any essentials. The two pools inside on the complex and the short 20 second stroll back across the garden to our ground floor apartment was ideal. Highly recommended.. We will be back

Wonderful stay
We had a fantastic time in this property!! It was perfect for us. It is on the ground floor so perfect for accessing the pool and for our 1 year old son. It provided a fantastic base for us. Sue was so helpful before the holiday (she couldn’t have done any more for us) and Jackie was great when we arrived. We had a totally brilliant week and hope to return soon. Excellent apartment in Vilamoura, Portugal
Sue's apartment is very comfortable and furnished to a high standard, especially the bathroom, which has a very good shower and long bath. The only slight downsides would be the size of the 2nd bedroom, which is fine for 2 small children, but would be small for adults. It has a lovely outlook onto trees and shrubs as it's on the ground floor. However, that brings with it the only other small drawback - being directly by the main door for the building means that you hear the door opening and closing for all your neighbours. The situation of the apartment is excellent and benefits from 2 nearby cafes/bars and a good restaurant in walking distance.
