Holiday Inn Express & Suites Louisville Downtown by IHG
Upon arrival, great! Woke up to a bed bug on me, they moved me rooms said they would refund and has taken well over 48 hours and still no refund. The new room, no outlets worked, the floor was disgusting, blood on the walls. Would I stay again: only if I absolutely had to.
