The hotel charged my card twice for triple the room rate I had already paid on Expedia the day before I arrived. How did they get my card info before I had even checked in?

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was ok. There really wasn’t much else within walking distance. There was a dive bar with karaoke and a pizza and tap house. Not the hotels fault but there were rude people there banging on our neighbors door at like 1030pm yelling and screaming at each other then it started again at 8am. It was floor 1 right down the hall from the front desk… they said nothing. Soooo not happy with that.

If you’re looking for a professional friendly staff and a clean appealing property, this isn’t for you. The hotel and location are mediocre - at best. We instantly regretted a 4 night stay but they charge you in full upfront. Upon checkout we spotted the manager and Bridges at the front desk who showed us hospitality but it was too late. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Very convenient location. The hotel its self was ok. Nothing fancy but great price for one night. Room was clean. Good neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were all nice. Lobby was nice and clean. Other reviews were talking about airplanes being loud…. you are directly across the Hwy frm the airport. Of course you will hear them. They didn’t bother us though. My only complaint (that’s not the hotels fault) There was someone near our room that was, what sounded like, bouncing a basketball until 2:00am. Started back up around 9:00. It was bad!

The bathroom floor was covered in hair and dirt. The tub had hair in it and the counter outside the bathroom was dirty and had some hair on it. The staff was not overly friendly either, except for the nice gentleman that checked us out this morning

My family and I had a great stay at the hotel. It was quiet, comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. You can also tell it's been newly updated/renovated so it was overall very nice décor and super clean. Would definitely stay here again when we come in to town.

Barking dog all night
The place was nice, comfortable and clean. But there was a dog in the room next to ours that kept barking all night so we barely got any sleep. Talked to the front desk and she said that the guest in that room snuck in the dog and did not pay for it. Normally dogs would not be on that same floor. I would have given a very low rating for the experience but it wouldn’t be fair to the hotel.
