Hi GinaI am sorry you did not feel safe while walking about outside. While we are downtown we are among many restaurants and local attractions. The city of Louisville also has safety ambassadors who patrol the area, and come into the hotel several times a day. If there is anything we could have done to make your stay more comfortable please feel free to reach out.

While the parking garage does have a hight restriction we do also have the open air lot next to the building which can be paid at the kiosk to the city. As well there is metered street parking available and other nearby open air city lots. I am truly sorry if this was not explained to you at check in. Besides the parking issues you encountered I hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable. Hope to serve you again!

ReemaI know you spoke with the front desk at check out, and hope we were able to clear up some confusion you had. Yes, housekeeping is every other day standard but it is available daily for no charge, we are sorry you thought that was the case when we told you service was every other day. I know you mentioned you did use the complimentary wifi so we are glad that worked out for you. There is premium wifi access for a small fee but the majority of the guests like yourself use the complimentary standard wifi. As we mentioned unfortunately being in a downtown location all of the parking is city owned and there is a charge that is not in our control. We are truly sorry our hotel did not live up to your expectations, but hope we were able to clear up some confusion about our services.

I'm sorry someone wasn't able to refer you to any other places to eat as there are several great places downtown. We are always happy to provide more towels just let us know next time and we can get you as many as you need, I know traveling with small children can sometimes require extra towels.
