Check in was quick and easy. Greeted by Larry at the front desk. Larry was friendly, polite, and helpful. Lobby was clean as was the rest of the property.

It was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and great service at the desk. I did not like hearing the toilet everytime someone in the room next to use flushed though. That was a bit frustrating at 6:30 in the morning

This was a decent place but not deserving of as high a rating as Expedia showed. There were poor drywall repairs in my room, which was right next to the elevator. The breakfast was EXCELLENT for a continental breakfast, but felt like the property was in need of some TLC.

I never write reviews, but this one is necessary. Our stay was good up until a mistake caused us to have to get in touch with staff at this location. My family stays at this location often when visiting our other children and grand child. I have never been more disgusted by the way I was treated over the phone by members of staff. I was spoken over, lied to and just treated rudely (no reason for any of it). It only takes that one person to ruin something good. My point is take ownership when your establishment is in the wrong and be tall enough to say you're sorry and not place blame on your customer(s). Not sure if my family will be back here any time soon and that's sad, because we genuinely enjoy the majority of the staff here and loved staying here.

The front desk staff and the breakfast attendant were friendly, helpful, caring, polite, professional. We can’t say enough good things about them. Our first night stay was sleepless due to teenagers whose parents let them run from room to room until 2 am. Our second night was peaceful and restful. The teenagers were gone.

The staff was so kind and pleasant when you arrive. The hotel is very clean in and around along with the rooms. Complimentary breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Louisville area.

I enjoyed the convenient location next to the interstate. The rooms didnt have ceiling lights so they were a little dark, but I was barely in the room so its not a big deal.
