Lovely Derby Home on a Quiet Street!

The perfect location to stay for the Derby with friends and family! A 20 minute drive to Churchill Downs in the historic neighborhood of Middletown. There are endless options of restaurants, shopping centers, and activities just a short drive from our home! The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly for children of all ages. We are located at the end of a street with great privacy and little to no traffic. Enjoy a wonderful brunch at the nearby Wild Eggs to kick off Derby weekend!
