"This home has everything you could possibly need for a long weekend away, It is peaceful and has beautiful views. We spent the long weekend kayaking and canoeing. Evenings were spent around the large dining room table then relaxing on the dock,deck, or fire pit! The home is situated in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes and gardens. We gave this a 5 rating however we wanted to rate it as a 4.5 due to the need for a through cleaning of the outside living areas, mostly the screened in...

"A group of us gathered for a bit of a staycation from the Richmond area. We had a ladies night on Friday and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better location!! Saturday we had some other friends join us for food on the water and it was the most relaxing setting for us to reset and connect. The kitchen was pleasantly stocked with utensils and gadgets, one friend was like "wow, they have everything!". The yard and patios are well maintained and perfect for gathering, and we really enjoyed...

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was close to Charlottesville downtown and Shenandoah national park and thats what we wanted. There are several vineyards nearby. The host was easy to communicate with. We had some issues with water pressure that were promptly addressed."

"The owners are the BEST! Once we booked, we had their contact info and any questions we had they answered QUICKLY! The house was perfect for our group. We celebrated our parents 50th wedding Anniversary, and the owners had flowers, cupcakes and a personalized note waiting for us when we arrived. We had perfect weather for the week!
