"We were on a cycling trip. Check in was easy and the staff very helpful in locking away our bikes in a secure location. The beds were very comfortable and showers hot! Breakfast was standard continental with plenty of food available. Located a little out of town centre and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are in need of some minor maintenance but comfortable."

Decent accommodations, with the givens of walking up and down numerous stairs, dark hallways, etc. Personnel there ranges from: exceptionally sweet young woman - who carried our heavy suitcases up two steep stairs (no elevator) - to a very unfriendly male. "Superb accommodation. Beautifully considered mix of the old and the new. I have stayed her a number of times and LOVE it. The greatest pleasure was to have sole access to the whole Abbaye when the public left. MAGICAL. The erastuiarant is also very special."
