The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to everyone in our family. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague, whether for a short getaway or an extended stay. "

"Just off the Charles Bridge, away from the hustle and bustle. My two teenagers and I felt very safe and really liked that after a long day of crowds and walking we could come back to the hotel and relax where it was quiet. We were close to two tram stops. The room was very comfortable and quaint. "

"This is my second stay at the Cosmopolitan. The room was comfortable, quiet, not too hot or cold and clean. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is generous. It does get crowded in the morning with tour groups having their breakfast. But there was always a seat for me. The only thing was that I didn’t get the welcome gift I think I was supposed to get but that’s minor- I really like staying in this area - it’s really well situated and I can walk almost everywhere I need to go and public transit is all around. There’s convenient shopping and good restaurants as well as easy access from the train and bus stations and airport transfers are easy by public transport or uber. I will stay here again when I come to Prague. "
