"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. My inbound flight was 3 hours late with Tunis air and this hotel let me check in after midnight. "The police were heavy on the streets with machine guns. If you went out after dark to get dinner there were drunk people and people fighting in the streets... men would expose themself and urinate not caring who could see The hotels facilities were filthy the bed had bed bugs and my husband was all bit up. The breakfast that was supposed to be included never existed. I feel lucky to be alive and out of that place!"
