"I was disappointed with my stay. the atmosphere did not reflect a 5-star luxury resort despite the high price, i felt more like a crowded public park. There appeared to be a lack of proper regulation, with guests swimming in regular clothes and toddlers using the adult pool despite the availability of a dedicated kids’ area. The overall environment was unpleasant. A beachfront restaurant was grilling directly adjacent to the pool area, which caused strong coal and food odors. The property is also surrounded by ongoing construction sites, which negatively impacts both the view and the overall ambiance.
